How to Reset a User's Password in PayPerCloud ControlPanel




1.   Log into your account at portal.paypercloud.com as an Administrator
2.   Click on "User" icon at the top of the page
3.   Click the username or click on arrow to the right of user to view drop down menu

4.   Click “Edit User”

5.   Click on the "Password Reset" section

6.  Password Requirements are listed when you click on the ? button

7.   Enter new password for user 
8.   Click provision at the bottom of page

9.  After clicking Provision, the user’s status will turn to orange for a few seconds before rerturning back to green

10. The User’s password has been successfully changed.
