How to Manually Configure Outlook 2011 (Mac)

1.    In the Menu Bar select Tools > Accounts...

2.    Click on "Exchange Account"

3.   Enter your E-mail address, username (your email address), and password
4.   UN-check "Configure automatically"
5.   In the “Server:” field enter “webmail.controladmin.net”
6.   Click "Add Account"

7.   Enter your name, username, and password
8.   Click  the “Advanced…” button

9.   When prompted Check the box "Always use my response for this server"
10. Click "Allow"

11. Verify that the Server: is webmail.controladmin.net and Click OK

12. You will now see your new account listed in the accounts pain, close this window

13. Open Outlook 2011
